The Management holds the responsibility to implement, sustain and control a sound working environment and safe working routines that comply with legislation and the standards that BaltShip A/S has adopted with the purpose to:
- Maintain a low level of absence due to illness
- Avoid working accidents
- Minimize health harzardous factors
- Keep an open level of communication on matters regarding the working environment
- Encourage employees to contribute to the process of improving the system and evaluate the working situation.
